Level 2: Diagram of Certification
The OCR Level 2 Nationals contain two types of qualifications (not ICT*), one building on the previous.
- To achieve the Award you have to achieve two mandatory units and complete one optional unit.
- To achieve the Certificate you have to complete 6 units consisting of the four mandatory units and two optional units.
*The OCR ICT Level 2 Nationals contain four types of qualifications, each one building on the previous:
For the full OCR Level 2 National First Award in ICT, candidates must achieve unit 1 plus one optional 30 glh unit.
For the full OCR Level 2 National Award in ICT, candidates must achieve unit 1 plus two optional 60 glh units
or
unit 1 plus one optional 60 glh unit plus two optional 30 glh units.
For the full OCR Level 2 National First Certificate in ICT, candidates must achieve unit 1 plus three optional 60 glh units plus one optional 30 glh unit
or
unit 1 plus two optional 60 glh units plus three optional 30 glh units.
For the full OCR Level 2 National Certificate in ICT, candidates must achieve unit 1 plus five optional 60 glh units
or
unit 1 plus four optional 60 glh units plus two optional 30 glh units
or
unit 1 plus three optional plus four optional 30 glh units.
